How to Use Colored Cocoa Butter

1. Melt the cocoa butter bottle using a microwave or warm water bath.

2. Heat for 10 seconds, shake well, then heat again for another 10 seconds.

3. Repeat until fully melted and smooth.

4. Apply to molds by brushing, splattering, or airbrushing.

5. Let it set before filling molds with tempered chocolate.
