Everyone from complete beginners to experienced cookie pressing masters can use this book. It's a 97 page comprehensive tutorial covering everything I know about making spritz cookies, as well as a compilation of the "best-of" recipes from this blog. In the first section of the book I cover making spritz dough, using a press, troubleshooting both dough and press issues, as well as decorating! I explain coloring the dough, how to decorate with icing, and both dry brushing and wet painting with luster dust- with lots of examples and photos. Sandwich cookies are covered, too.The bulk of the book is 2 page tutorials of the most popular recipes from the blog, with straightforward ingredient lists and step-by step instructions.
